Tucson Racing offers complete event management services. We will sit down with you to determine your needs and will custom design services and management solutions to deliver to you the event you want.
Tucson Racing has over 14 years of event management experience. Tucson Racing has produced the National Collegiate Triathlon Championships from 2003 - 2005; the Pan American Games Triathlon Trials; the National Senior Olympics Triathlon Championships; the opening race of the United States Triathlon Series; the opening race of the North American Triathlon Series; and two ITU Pan American Cup triathlons. Currently Tucson Racing is producing the Tempe International Triathlon, the One World Triathlon in Cincinnati and the Payson Stampede, which will be the National 24 Hour Mountain Bike Championships in 2009-2010.
We do not offer just three or four services from which to pick. Our menu of services is comprehensive but is by no means limited to just what you see below. If want to get it done, we will make sure it happens the way you want it.
Costs for event management services are quite reasonable and are flexible based on the size of the event and the services requested. Peace of mind, however, is priceless! Please call for prices and availability.
EVENT SERVICES
PRIOR TO THE EVENT
- Consultation regarding event and course viability
- Design course
- Design of pre-race marketing materials including posters, entry blanks and fliers
- Design of event website
- Design of registration procedure from early registration to race day
- Assistance regarding promotion through print, media and internet sources
- Consultation regarding t-shirt choices, designs and printing
- Work with local authorities to draw all necessary permits
- Work with insurance carriers to insure event
- Consultation regarding awards choices
- Total Preparation for registration including numbers, t-shirts, etc.
EVENT WEEKEND
- Conduct registration, number pick up and packet pick up or, in the alternative, train your volunteers to do registration
- Coordinate law enforcement, medical and volunteers out on the course to ensure a safe and fair course for your athletes
- Finish line set up
- Race announcing
- Complete timing services
- Tentative Results during race and complete results at the conclusion of the race
- Conduct awards ceremony
- All equipment necessary for coordination of event
- Email race results to athletes, sponsors and websites
